Many real estate brokers will promote themselves by listing their advanced education and sales awards. I have those too.

I believe you would rather get to know me through how I will serve you.

I BELIEVE that you are the single most important person to me when I am assisting you.  You deserve my undivided attention, and I will not take other phone calls or texts until our meeting is concluded.

I BELIEVE that you deserve complete honesty from your real estate broker, even if that means telling you something you don’t like to hear.  You are an intelligent person, and you deserve to know all the facts so that you can come to an informed decision.     

I BELIEVE that you deserve to work with an ethical real estate broker.  I will keep your confidential information strictly confidential; I will show you every house that meets your needs, not just push you toward my listings; I will recommend attorneys to help protect your legal rights and home inspectors help avoid surprises after closing.

I BELIEVE that you deserve excellent communication from your real estate broker.  I will return all calls quickly, and certainly the same day; I will keep you fully informed of all the information I know about your transaction, as soon as I know it.

I BELIEVE that you deserve a real estate broker that is very detail oriented.  A real estate transaction is sometimes very complicated.  There are deadlines that need to be met; inspections and title work that need to be ordered and reviewed; financing and closing details that need attention. It is in my nature to obsess on details and work hard behind the scenes to make the transaction flow smoothly for you.
